PAYMENT
When the guest submits a reservation request, the guest must pay the relevant deposit within 1 day of the booking confirmation.
The following deposit must be received by Hello Bali villas.
For rental periods of more than 30 days from the date of the reservation request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due.
For rental periods of 30 days or less from the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is due as a deposit. If the required deposit is not received within 7 days, Hello Bali reserves the right to cancel the guest’s booking request.
If a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the guest must pay the remaining balance of 50% not less than 30 days (or otherwise stated) prior to the scheduled arrival date.
All payments shall be made in Rupiah (IDR) , unless otherwise agreed with Hello Bali Villas, and shall be made in accordance with Hello Bali Villas’ payment instructions as set out in the guest’s booking confirmation.
If payments are not made on or before the due dates, Hello Bali Villas may terminate the rental contract without further notice. Cancellation fees may apply as described below.
Refunds of your deposit and final payment are not possible. We recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
The cost of electricity (fair use), tap water, cleaning and gardening supplies, and local taxes are included in the rental prices. There are generally no additional charges, surcharges, taxes, staff salaries, or management fees above the stated price unless otherwise stated in the property description, booking confirmation, or booking voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms and conditions will prevail.
Tips to villa staff are encouraged and normal, but are left entirely to the discretion of the guest.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Where a deposit is payable, or where a non-standard deposit applies, Hello Bali will inform the guest in advance of the amount to be paid and any other conditions.
The staff will check the inventory upon arrival and departure. The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting :
All additional costs borne by the guest and the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the property or its surroundings or contents caused during the rental period. If such costs cannot be reasonably determined before the guest’s departure, the owner or owner’s representative shall have the right to deduct a reasonable estimate from the guest’s security deposit, and shall return any balance to the guest as soon as possible after the actual costs are determined.
DAMAGE OR LOSSES
A property is typically someone’s home. Please treat the rented property as such, and leave the property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptable clean condition.
Any damage or loss caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged to the guest’s account and deducted from the guest’s security deposit. In the event of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the rental period, the owner or the owner’s representative may require the guest and his party, including visitors, to leave the apartment immediately, without compensation or refund.
ACCESS
NUMBER OF GUESTS
USE OF THE PROPERTY
All bookings are assumed to be for normal vacation purposes only, and guest agrees that use of the property will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
If the guest intends to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, that requires a larger number of people to be present in the property, or if the guest intends to use the property for any purpose other than vacation, you must notify Hello Bali Villas at the time of booking, as special approval or arrangements may be required. Depending on the nature of the event, a surcharge and/or additional security deposit may be required, which will be agreed and confirmed in writing prior to confirming the booking. Please note that some properties are located in residential areas or estates, and some are subject to rules and regulations regarding their use. Therefore, it may not always be possible to grant permission for certain uses or activities due to these or other reasons beyond the control of Hello Bali Villas and the owner.
If Hello Bali Villas has confirmed a booking that includes an event at the guest’s chosen property, then in certain circumstances the guest must obtain permits from the police and local community before the event can proceed. The guest acknowledges and agrees That Hello Bali Villas or the property owner have no control over the issuance of these permits. If the police and/or local authorities refuse to issue a permit for an event on the property, Hello Bali Villas or the owner will refund the event fees paid by the guest, but neither Hello Bali Villas, nor the owner will be liable for any further refund or payment to the guest or keep the payment as credit.
CONDUCT AND DUE CARE
Properties are generally located in quiet residential areas. The guest is asked to respect this, and to ensure that all guests and visitors to the property behave properly. Illegal or immoral activities including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnic or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strictly prohibited. Smoking is generally prohibited unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation or reservation voucher.
The guest is responsible for the behavior of guests staying at the property, as well as visitors to the property during the rental period. If the guest(s) or visitor(s) do not behave in a proper manner, the Owner or the Owner’s Representative may, at its sole discretion, require the guest, their group(s) and/or visitor(s) to leave the premises immediately and/or vacate the property, without compensation or refund.
In the interest of safety, due care must be taken on the property at all times, especially with children. Appropriate supervision must be given around swimming pools, beaches and roads, and when using all facilities of the property.
